MORGAN TOP-DOWN® MAXI 8020 - collection + storage + soaking
This trolley is mainly employed for wet mopping and disinfection in hospitals, rest homes, clinics and doctor's offices together with our Top-Down® system and "pre-soaked" microfiber mops.

Pre-soaking system, with Top-Down buckets, avoids the subjectivity of the operators regarding the degree of dampness of the mops and ensure the reduction of water and chemical consumption
Buckets made of recycled plastic (50% of their weight), PSV (Plastic Secon Life) certified, available in different colours according to their final use
Manufactured with repairable components and / or available as spare parts, to ensure a long life cycle

Product partially made of PSV certified plastic components - Plastic Second Life: the first Italian and European brand of environmental product certification that guarantees and makes it easier to identify goods obtained using recycled plastics
CARBON FOOTPRINT
Filmop is certified according to the Carbon Footprint Systematic Approach, carried out in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 14067:2018 standard, which allows to quantify the environmental impact of the product expressed in CO2 emitted at each stage of the life cycle
ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCT
Product made of separable materials and, consequently, recyclable at the end of its life
Product sold in packaging compliant with Legislative Decree 116 of 03-09-2020 concerning the obligation of environmental labeling for correct disposal at the end of use. 99% of the cardboard packaging used by the company is made on average with 80% recycled paper
- Plastic components are in polypropylene: first quality material, lightweight, shock-proof, resistant to frequent use and low temperatures
- Steel components and Rilsan coated: long-lasting, rustproof, resistant to abrasion, shock-proof and scraping-resistant in case of very small abrasions on it

- Strong plastic base for supporting and carrying different tools on it
- Bagholder 1x40 L + 1x80 L with ergonomic push-bar for the separate collection of dirty cloths/mop heads and rubbish; it is equipped with bag-stretchers and reinforcements for a long lasting performance
- Buckets 6 L in different colours to carry different chemicals and the several cleaning tools and separate them if necessary
- Top-Down® buckets 20 L with hermetic cover and plastic handle. Ideal to "pre-soak" the mops beforehand and carry them to the working place
- Bucket 20 L for dirty mop heads/cloths used for the cleaning of surfaces
- Rilsan trolley used for the transport of Top-Down® buckets with pre-soaked mops from the laundry room to the ward where the multipurpose trolley is based
- Practical plastic basket for the transport of the cleaning tools
- Flip handle support with rubber roll fitting any kind of handle
