tests carried out in accordance with UNI EN 16615:2015 by an independent accredited

institute have found effectiveness in removing bacteria with water only.

In particular, the Mono-Tex disposable mop removes up to 94.2 %

of microorganisms on the surface while the Micro-Activa

mop reaches 96.6 %, significantly reducing microbial contamination

without the use of cleaning solution.

The 4-field test described in EN 16615 involves rubbing

the water-only impregnated mop on the surface of each test field,

the first of which is contaminated with microorganisms. At the end of the procedure,

the degree of effectiveness of the mop in capturing bacteria is determined.*
